ADRIANO PONTES (AP)

Modeling since 1997 when a magazine in a newstand prompted his interest in the hobby. He then searched for modeling stores and modelers to improve his skills and techniques and is a part of the group since 2003. His call is modern aviation jets in 1/72 scale but ocasionally builds a tank or a helicopter..

 

 

 

 

 

CRISTIANO MORAES ( CRIS )

In the group since 2001, has more modeling contests under his belt than models built. Builds props from WWII and modern jets and promisses to drift towards ships one day. Responsible for the registration page of our contest and the event posters.

 

 

 

 

 

EDUARDO KNEIPP ( KINA )

Recently incorporated by GPC, met the hobby in 1978 thru GPPSD. Spent the last 9 years in Campo Grande where his colection ( of boxes ) grew. Steps away from retirement, believes he will be able to build more now as a member of GPC ( word of the coordinator: he barely knows where he got himself into by joining us...hehehe). His preferences are 1/48 scale WW2 era airplanes and has plans to face a 1/35 scale armor pretty soon.

 

 

 

 

 

EVANDRO EBERT ( T-REX )

Our group Dinosaur, is a founding member of GPC. Likes rally cars ( and cars overall ) as well as armour subjects. Is the coordinator of Auto category in our event and also the official " Barbecue pilot " for GPC.

 

 

 

 

 

FABRÍCIO LEITE

Inconditional and passionate Formula 1 fan, makes WWII era 1/72 scale models with a ship in between not to loose his course. " I got interested in the hobby when i tried to fly my dad´s 1/32 scale F-4 Phantom ( obviously it didn´t fly as well as i wanted!). Now, my kids try to fly my models."

 

 

 

FABRÍCIO MENARDI

Modeler for more than 15 years, builds Allied Armor models from WWII. Responsible for judging Armor in our contests.

 

 

 

 

FRANCISCO GARCIA ( X-CÃO ):

Modeler for 36 years, is still an aprentice. Axis aircraft of WWII in 1/48 scale is his favorite subject but also throws an armor, or auto, or fiction model every now and then and risking himself to a LEGO sometimes!

 

 

 

 

 

LEONARDO MIGUEL ( LEO )

Member since 1998, is a modeler for 16 years and believes he is a good modeler ( pretends very well at least ). Aviation is his passion and specialty. Responsible for the Civil Aviation Category in the Open an also the website and answering emails.

 

 

 

 

 

LUIZ FERNANDO BUCK ( BUCK )

 

Single, mileage: 34.000Km, single owner, factory guaranteed and fully original. Cheers for São Paulo FC, Ferrari fan, stunt modeler for over 20 years. "The psychiatrist recommended a hobby of normal people because my medication wasn´t effective anymore. But i never listen to him, and chose to be a modeler anyway!". Builds cars and is always trying to improve his techniques with his friends from GPC.

 

 

 

 

PAULO GONÇALVES ( PROF. PAULINHO )

Modeler since the age of 9, is our Science Fiction and Astronautics coordinator. Founding member of GPC, is on the group since 1996 and is the (i)responsible for our modeling handbook and the modeling workshops at our events. 

 

 

 

 

 

PEDRO GOMES ( NETO )

Our most recent member is a modeler since the age of 7 and is still learning. History teacher and historian in his spare time ( or is it th other way around? ) likes WWII subjects but is leaning towards figures since 2007. Made his first appearence as a judge in the 2009 event.

 

  

 

 

WOLNEY ( W )

Trying to be a modeler for 6 years now making one new mistake model after model. Likes mainly Modern aviation ( Jets ) and, for nostalgia, gets hold of a WWII era aircraft once in a while. Responsible for the alcoholic part of the group.
